Elevating THIS Series 2 above most others is the fact that not only does it have (unusually for a Series 2) period Competition history, but also it has been the property of three Motor Sport `Names`: Tony Bancroft (Speed Hill Climb), Gerry Marshall (British Saloon Car Champion) and Willie Green (Historic M/Sport). It is presented to-day in its `period` 1972 appearance with Minilite wheels.
Finished in Signal Red with Black trim this Series 2 has been fettled by WinSpeed for its Collector owner during the past 5 years and has been used throughout this time for long-distance Continental journeys. It is completely `on the button`, driving very well indeed and with a good provenance.
